    a little piece of advice for those suffering from articulation pain, ankle, knees, back especially, do not build your beds larger than 3′ and leave at least 2½’ between them, a 4′ large bed might be tempting, but with greater area come greater pain, trust me, be conservative

    the “monoculture” or as I know it companion planting is the way to go imho…it’s crazy easy when we learn this method

    ..the plants even feed each other !! …oh, and take care of each others pests … Nature has the answers..
